Resume Studio runs in your browser. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or application backend.

What is stored

Your resume fields and section settings are saved in IndexedDB, a database on this device within this browser. They are not uploaded to us. The LaTeX compiler and PDF preview run locally. Technical compilation details are shown only in the app if something fails.

Your browser’s storage

Your draft is specific to this site address and browser profile. Clearing site data, using a private browsing session, or browser storage eviction may remove it. The app requests persistent storage where supported, but availability is controlled by your browser. Export an editable copy to keep a backup or move to another device.

Downloads and imports

PDF downloads and editable JSON backups are files you control. Opening an editable copy reads it locally and replaces the current draft only after confirmation. These files contain personal information, so choose where to keep or share them.

Network requests

The site downloads its code, fonts, and LaTeX packages from the site’s hosting provider. Resume content is not included in those requests. As with any website, the hosting provider may receive ordinary request metadata such as your IP address and browser information.

Deleting your data

Use “Start blank” to replace the current draft, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove its local database. Downloaded files must be deleted separately from your device.
